Daybreak is always on the lookout for a friendly and talented stylist who looks, dresses, and conducts themselves professionally. All of our stylists are Aveda trained, so Aveda training is a plus, but not necessary. More importantly we’re looking for someone who is energetic, eager to learn, who always puts the guest first, and who wants to become a part of a closely-knit team.
If you’re just out of school and looking to build your experience level, we have a comprehensive training program for fresh artists. All new-graduate hires participate in an extensive 9-month training program similar to an apprenticeship. During this time you assist a senior stylist in the salon while watching their process and learning from them including taking one-on-one classes. Once you’re ready, you can take your own clients on the floor and start building your book.
